Details: Yin Yoga “In Yin yoga we hold poses mainly lying or sitting for a prolonged period of time with awareness and caution. We gently stretch connective tissue, ligaments and joints, while we release any tension in our muscles and mind.
Yin yoga is accessible to all of us, as we stay within our own limits. Throughout the class we try to stay connected with the present moment, embracing whatever we experience.”
