After the welcome drinks, explore the stunning and peaceful grounds set in 170 acres parkland. Then stretch and relax during a gentle Dru Yoga class, based on flowing postures and sequences, directed breathing, visualisations and blissful relaxation, improving your flexibility and resilience to stress.
Our second yoga class will focus on restorative postures and grounding Yin poses followed by a beautiful Yoga nidra meditation. You will leave Champneys feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated.
